Abstract
U ovom radu opisane su sigurnosne politike Europske unije (EU). Europska unija se danas nalazi pred velikim izazovima stabilnosti i sigurnosti. Globalna teroristička prijetnja nije izuzela niti velike europske države od napada i svakodnevnih prijetnji što dovodi do sigurnosne nestabilnosti. S druge strane velika migrantska kriza koja je započela još 2011. godine dovodi do sve većeg priljeva izvan europskih naroda na područje Europske unije što je pogodno za razvoj raznih oblika kriminala kao što je trgovina ljudima. Hrvatska koja je postala članica EU preuzela je norme sigurnosne politike EU. U ovom radu se upravo opisuje uvjeti sudjelovanja Hrvatske u realizaciji sigurnosne politike EU. U zaključku rada se dalje krajnji osvrt na sigurnosne politike EU te preporuke sudjelovanja Hrvatske u daljnjim nastojanjima ostvarivanja sveukupne sigurnosti EU.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the European Union's (EU) security policies. The European Union today faces major challenges of stability and security. The global terrorist threat has not excluded even large European states from attacks and daily threats, which leads to security instability. On the other hand, a major migration crisis that started in 2011 leads to an ever-growing inflow of non-European peoples into the EU, which is conducive to the development of various forms of crime such as trafficking in human beings. Croatia, which became an EU member, has taken over EU security policy standards. This paper describes precisely the conditions for Croatia's participation in the implementation of EU security policy. In the conclusion of the work, the final review of the EU's security policy and recommendations for Croatia's participation in further efforts to achieve overall EU security are further discussed.
