Abstract
Kroz ovaj rad objašnjeni su pojmovi vezani za uredsko poslovanje u virtualnom svijetu. Počevši od virtualnog ureda, virtualne organizacije, pa do radnog prostora i samog zaposlenika objašnjeno je kako virtualni ured zapravo funkcionira te što njegovi virtuali pomoćnici obavljaju. Navode se i prednosti i nedostatci koji su ključni za sam rad iz virtualnog ureda. U poglavlju o virtualnoj organiaciji objašnjen je način rada, prednosti i nedostatci organizacije takve vrste, način upravlja virtualnim poduzećem te podjela virtualne organizacije. Četvrto poglavlje donosi karakteristike radnog prostora koji je bitan za rad i produktivnost zaposlenika te navedi sve čimbenike koji utječu na funkcionalnost, produktivnost i motivaciju zaposlenika. U posljednjem poglavlju je predstavljen zaposlenik i osobine potrebne za kvalitetno obavljanje zadanog posla.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the concepts related to the office operations in the virtual world. Starting from the virtual office, virtual organization and going through the terms of virtual workspace and the employee itself, it is explained how virtual office acctualy works and what its virtual assistants do. The advantages and disadvantages that are crucial for the work from the virtual office are also stated. The chapter on virtual organization explains the way of working, the advantages and disadvantages, the way of managing a virtual enterprise and the divition of a virtual organization. The fourth chapter brings the characteristics of the workspace that are important for the work and productivity of employees and lists all the functionality, productivity and motivation of employees. The last chapter presents the employee and the characteristics needed for quality performance of an assigned work.
