Abstract
Problematika rada odnosi se na mobing u državnoj službi. Mobing je relativno nova pojava suvremenog svijeta s kojom se susreće čovjek današnjice, a odnosi se na sustavno psihičko zlostavljanje koje ima za cilj potpuno uništenje zaposlenika kao osobe. Mnogi ljudi vole svoj posao, ispunjeni su, rade u zdravoj radnoj okolini, a onda zadovoljstvo koje osjećaju na radnome mjestu prenose i na svoj privatan život. No, na žalost, postoji i ogroman broj ljudi koji su nezadovoljni radnom klimom, odlaze na posao s grčem, rade pod konstantnim stresom, često su podvrgnuti nerealnim očekivanjima, a nerijetko su prisutne i ucjene popraćene strahom. Vrijeđanja, omalovažavanja, podmetanja...samo su mali dio onoga što zapravo mobing jest. Svrha istraživačkog dijela ovog rada je prikupljanje podataka o osobama koje su doživjele mobing te njihovim osjećajima i reakcijama, kao i stavovima glede pravne zaštite, a do kojih se došlo metodom online ankete sačinjene za potrebe izrade završnog rada.
Abstract (english)
The issues of final work are related to mobbing in the civil service. Mobbing is a relatively new phenomenon of the modern world that a person today faces, and refers to systematic psychological abuse aimed at completely destroying an employee as a person. Many people love their work, they are fulfilled, work in a healthy work environment, and the pleasure they feel about the workplace is transferred to their private life. Unfortunately, there are also a huge number of people who are dissatisfied with working climate, go to work with a spasm, work under constant stress, are often subjected to unrealistic expectations, and blacks often accompanied by fear. Fraudulence, maladies, insults... are just a small part of what mobbing really is. The purpose of the research part of this final work is to collect data on people who have experienced mobbing and their feelings and reactions, as well as attitudes regarding legal protection, and who have been subjected to an online survey method for the purpose of final work.
