Abstract
Ovaj rad je usmjeren na objašnjavanje zakonske regulative kojom se nastoji pospješiti položaj osoba s invaliditetom na tržištu rada. Pravo na rad za osobe s invaliditetom prepoznato je Konvencijom o pravima osoba s invaliditetom (UN, 2006) koju je i Republika Hrvatska ratificirala. U Republici Hrvatskoj prava osoba s invaliditetom na profesionalnu rehabilitaciju, zapošljavanje i rad propisana su Zakonom o profesionalnoj rehabilitaciji i zapošljavanju osoba s invaliditetom (NN 157/13, 152/14,... More 39/18, 32/20) i njegovim provedbenim propisima. Zakon uređuje zapošljavanje radnika s invaliditetom na otvorenom tržištu rada ili pod posebnim uvjetima, uvjetima uz obvezu osiguranja razumne prilagodbe radnog mjesta od strane poslodavca te mjere za poticanje zapošljavanja radnika s invaliditetom kao i njihovu zaštitu. Za provođenje Zakona osnovana je javna ustanova Zavod za vještačenje, profesionalnu rehabilitaciju i zapošljavanje osoba s invaliditetom. Less
Abstract (english)
This paper is aimed at explaining the legislation that seeks to improve the position of persons with disabilities in the labor market. The right to work for persons with disabilities is recognized by the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN, 2006), which has also been ratified by the Republic of Croatia. In the Republic of Croatia, the rights of persons with disabilities to vocational rehabilitation, employment and work are prescribed by the Vocational Rehabilitation and... More Employment of Persons with Disabilities Act (NN 157/13, 152/14, 39/18, 32/20) and its implementing regulations. The law regulates the employment of workers with disabilities in the open labor market or under special conditions, conditions with the obligation to ensure reasonable adjustment of the workplace by the employer and measures to encourage the employment of workers with disabilities and their protection.To implement the Act, a public institution, the Institute for Expertise, Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities, was established.
