Abstract
Predmet ovog Završnog rada je Proračunsko financiranje općine Peteranec u 2016. i usporedba sa 2015. godinom. Metode kojima se služilo kod izrade ovog Završnog rada su uvid i usporedba podataka općine Peteranec objavljenih u Službenim glasilima sa važećim zakonskim odredbama koje se odnose na izradu proračuna i financiranje lokalne samouprave. Za objašnjenje stručnih pojmova korištena je dostupna literatura.Usporedbom proračunskog financiranja općine Peteranec u razdoblju od dvije godine utvrđeno je da Proračun stalno raste no i da bi središnja država trebala decentralizirati novčana sredstva za veći i bolji razvoj lokalne samouprave.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final paper is Budgetary financing municipalities Peteranec in 2016 and comparison with 2015 year.Methods used in the preparation of the Final paper are insight and comparison data municipality Peteranec published in the Official Gazettes of the applicable legal provisions relating to the budgeting and financing of local self-government. For an explanation of technical terms available literature have been used.The comparison of budget funding municipalities Peteranec, in a period of two years, it was found that budget is constantly growing but also that the central government should decentralize funds for bigger and better development of local self-government.
