Through field research (that is, research through interviews of persons working in the Misdemeanor's Court Office in Osijek), I conducted a research on the topic of contemporary office business at the Misdemeanor's Court in Osijek. Officials and employees in accordance with certain rules of conduct and adhering to the given principles, should carry out their work as properly and efficiently as possible, while respecting the rules of Court as the basic act of the Misdemeanor Court, as well as other laws and regulations related to the conduct of office business. Contemporary office business uses methods that will facilitate the work to achieve the highest quality of business, which is achieved by the introduction of computerization into office business, modernizing the work of office business and making it easier for officials, as well as parties, to resolve certain cases and issues related to. With timely and concurent use of appropriate regulations, computerization in the office business field greatly helps to achieve as good results and goals as possible with as little effort and complication as possible. Civil servants and state employees, as persons carrying out office work, have an important role to play in the handling of documents. From the first step, more precisely the receipt of the letter to the last, which is the exclusion of the letter. Because of their importance, it is essential that the office business itself is a regular and of good quality as possible so that no unnecessary obstacles and complications occur that would slow down or interrupt operations.
