The formation of the European administrative space is the basis for the functioning of politics and citizens in the member states of the European Union (hereinafter: EU). The European administrative space is formed through the directions of administrative convergence in terms of common principles in the study of the sources of general administrative law. Administrative convergence aims to show the effectiveness of the administrative systems in the various administrative areas of the EU member states. The directions for shaping the European administrative space are the common action of European public policies, the implementation of Europeanization and the expectations of European citizens. The goal of administrative convergence is to bring the models of public administration closer together in Europe, expand the knowledge of educational staff with new solutions and increase the efficiency of results that are similar for citizens of European countries. The basic concept looks at the development of public administrations of European countries in the same direction, and convergence tries to solve issues with the aim of uniform decision-making and actions of different administrative systems. The EU influences the public administrations of member countries by including them in the mechanisms of implementing its own legal regulations and by managing public policy instruments with structure and procedures.
