The paper provides a detailed analysis of electronic office records, registries, and forms, describing their applications, including e-diaries for schools, e-procurement using the example of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Technology in Osijek, e-invoices, e-annual reports, and forms for various procedures. The conclusion emphasizes the need for collaboration between public bodies and citizens, the necessity of digitizing business operations, and the availability of information from the comfort of one's own home.
