The purpose of this paper is to learn the basic terms of enforcement proceedings. It should certainly be noted that enforcement proceedings are subject to frequent amendments to legal regulations. In this paper, I will be based on the implementation of enforcement on funds, on the salary and other permanent income, as well as on the enforcement that is carried out on the funds of the debtor. Enforcement of monetary claims is regulated by numerous regulations. Enforcement as an institution of forced collection of a claim serves the bailiff to settle as a creditor from the debtor as a debtor. It should certainly be noted that the Financial Agency is playing an increasing role in the enforcement process, which, along with the court and the notary public, has proven to be an important body in the enforcement process. The existence of appropriate documents on the basis of which the enforcement procedure is carried out is important for the implementation of enforcement. When it comes to the existence of income that is exempt from enforcement law, then it should be said that a special account called a protected account is opened and the income that will be exempted from enforcement is paid into it. Enforcement proceedings as such are regulated by a number of regulations that are often subject to change, which creates legal uncertainty in our legal system and consequently a certain solution should be found that will solve this problem.
