Region Slavonija contains five regional self-government units which are called counties. Vukovar-Srijem county has 26 local self-government units, Osijek-Baranja county has 35 local self-government units, Virovitica-Podravina has 13 local self-government units, Brod-Posavina has 26 local self-government units and Požega-Slavonija county has 5 local self-government units. Local self-government units have their web pages where by the law on the right of access to information an authorized person can request and receive the information, request for reusing the information, and request for amendment or correction of the information. The public authorities have an obligation to enable the access to the information. Public authorities have an obligation to publish the information when there is no particular request for the same and the information shall be available on easy-finding way, these are statute, plan of public procurement etc. In this research paper is being used an analysis method. The tables demonstrate results of researching each local self-government unit web page. Web pages on each local self-government unit shall have available information on easy-finding way, equal for every domestic or foreign natural person or legal person who requires the access to information, basing on principle of availability of information. The problem is that in local self-government units with lower scores of research prevails predominantly elderly population that has no electronic devices with habit of oral requesting information, but that is not the reason for lower scores of research. Problem is in classification of of local self-government.
