An integral part of office operations are electronic office books handled by employees and civil sevants, ie state administration bodies who are obliged to comply with regulations and laws in keeping them. The registratio record and case register of administrative procedure (register and case the administrative procedure of the first degree and the register and case the administrative procedure of the second degree) are the main office books, while the other are kept ass auxiliary office books. Each of these books is received, entered and kept in a certain way, after receiving them they are clasified to a certain official who is authorized of a certain task. The registration record and case register of administrative procedure are also basic records. Records are divided into: basic, auxiliary and special. Along with the register of the subject of adiministrative procedure (first and second degree), a register is kept as an auxiliary record for the purpose of easier navigation in the basic records. Other records can be kept int he formo f auxiliary can be kept int he formo f auxiliary records which are edited by a special regulation. It is kept in the order in which they were received, unless certian acts are marked as urgent. The last part oft he paper deals with forms. Forms are most commonly used to create frequent records that facilitate and expedite the work of both goverment bodies and parties.
