The question of organization and information availability is one of the most important areas of interest modern society. In the archivist view, a modern global society is characterized by the rapid cultural, social and economic changes caused by the development of digital technologies and information society. All of the affects the activity of the archives as information institutions and on the sole basis of the work of creator, whose work it also creates and it's information reticence. Trends of a global information society that dictate more freely access to information and more transparent work of state and civil servants have sparked greater public archive achievement and active participation of archives in the life of their environment. In recent times, archival activities related to the use of materials and the design of new user and information services have been particularly prominent. Along with the scientific interest in the archival material, the awareness of the importance of the archives in the sense of promoting and achieving personal rights, the availability of public data, the openness of the work of public administration, the protection of civil rights and the protection of data secrecy has arisen with the development of civil society.
