The aim of the work is to highlight the importance of preserving the mental health of women who are faced with performing multiple roles every day. In the paper itself, I will refer to the historical aspect in which women's education developed, and thus the acquisition of new roles in terms of entering the labor market. The basis of the development of women's rights is the achievement of equality, therefore it is extremely important to continuously research and analyze the factors that influence its achievement. Preservation of mental health is a goal that has come to life in recent years, so I will refer to its various aspects that lead us to the very purpose of the work, which is its preservation in the performance of various roles. The fact is that today we live in a fast-paced lifestyle, and although both sexes are faced with different roles, there are still assumptions that indicate that multiple roles are more stressful for women. Assumptions such as internalization of gender roles in private and business life are just some of the many. After researching and analyzing the factors that represent a kind of obstacle in the preservation of mental health when performing different roles, we will explore the resources that provide different instruments in the preservation of mental health. In the above, I will refer to the role of family and community, which perform duties in researching and analyzing problems and needs in terms of preserving mental health, and especially in achieving equality.
