Abstract
U ovom radu razmatra se tematika ugovora u sportu. Najviše se bazirajući na specifičnosti takvih ugovora i različitih ugovora koji se pojavljuju u različitim aspektima sportskog djelovanja. Prikazan je širok spektar općih i posebnih zakona koji reguliraju ugovore i odnose u sportu. Opći pojmovi kod sklapanja ugovora obrađuju se kroz primjere iz raznih sportova, ponajprije nogometa i skreće se pažnja na posebnosti koje se pojavljuju u svijetu sporta.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the subject of the contract in sport. Most based on the specificity of such contracts and various contracts that appear in different aspects of sporting activity. A wide range of general and special laws regulating contracts and relations in sport. The general terms of contract are presented through examples from different sports, at most football and attention is drawn to the particularites that occur in world of sports.
