Abstract
Djelokrug i način rada tijela koji rade na suzbijanju prodaje droga uvelike određuje mogućnost prevencije i uspješno umanjivanje istih, ali i minimaliziranje budućih ugroza vezanih za droge. Broj zakonskih regulativa u obliku zakona, akata, te raznih međunarodnih ugovora je vrlo značajan kako bi se povećala međunarodna suradnja, bolja koordinacija i zajedničko djelovanje između državnih, europskih i drugih agencija uključenih u prevenciju i suzbijanje ilegalne preprodaje i zlouporabe droga, te kriminalnih skupina uključenih u iste poslove.
Abstract (english)
The scope and the way the bodies work to combat drug sales largely determines the potential for preventing and successfully reducing them, but also minimizing future drug-related threats. The number of statutory regulations int he formo f laws, acts and various international treaties is very importan tin order to increase international cooperation, better coordination and joint action between national, European and other agencies involved int he prevention and control of illegal resale, drug abuse and criminal groups involved in same things.
