Abstract
Diplomski rad pod nazivom „Zaštita dostojanstva radnika“ ima ukupno VIII. dijelova. U uvodnom dijelu napomenuto je kako je predmet diplomskog rada usmjeren na načine ostvarivanja zaštite dostojanstva radnika te da će se u diplomskom radu govoriti i o pojmovima mobbinga kao i diskriminacije. U drugom dijelu prikazan je pravni okvir za ostvarivanje te zaštite na razini Vijeća Europe, Europske unije i na razini Hrvatske što je za nas najvažnije. Nakon toga, u trećem dijelu se govori o zaštiti dostojanstva radnika te cijelom postupku i mjerama kako se radnici mogu najbolje zaštiti. U četvrtom dijelu se govori o pojmu mobbinga kao obliku povrede dostojanstva zaposlenika te njegovim posljedicama kao i prevenciji. Peti dio diplomskog rada odnosi se na pojam diskriminacije te njezine oblike kao i odnos mobbinga, diskriminacije i uznemiravanja. Na samom kraju diplomskog rada, obrađuje se sudska praksa vezana za zaštitu dostojanstva radnika te se u zaključku se sumiraju ključne postavke na kojima se diplomski rad temelji.
Abstract (english)
Diploma paper titled „ Dignity protection of workers“ consist VIII. parts. In the introductory part, it is mentioned that the subject of the diploma paper is focused on ways of achieving dignity protection of workers and that the diploma paper will also deal with the concepts of mobbing and discrimination. The second part presents the legal framework for achieving this protection at the Council of Europe, European Union level and at the level of Croatia, which is most important for us. After that, the third part deals with the protection of the dignity of workers and the whole process and measures that workers can best protect. The fourth part deals with the concept of mobbing as a form of injury to employee dignity and its consequences as well as prevention. The fifth part of the paper deals with the concept of discrimination and its forms as well as the relation of mobbing, discrimination and harassment. At the end of the diploma paper, the case law is concerned with the protection of the dignity of workers and conclusion reviews the key concepts on which diploma paper is based on.
