Abstract
Zakonom o arhivskom gradivu i arhivima propisano je da je arhivsko gradivo od interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku te da ima njezinu osobitu zaštitu. Arhivsko gradivo odabrano je dokumentarno gradivo koje ima trajnu vrijednost za kulturu, povijest, znanost ili druge djelatnosti, ili za zaštitu i ostvarivanje prava i interesa osoba i zajednica, zbog čega se trajno čuva. Kao rezultat dugogodišnjeg promatranja arhivske struke, u današnje vrijeme kao osnovni zadatak arhivista nametnulo se odabiranje i izlučivanje dokumentarnog i arhivskog gradiva. Razlog je, prije svega, ogromno povećanje činovništva i javnih službi te u skladu s tim i pojava velike količine arhivskog gradiva. Kako bi se gradivo pravilno izlučilo, potrebno je obaviti određene radnje temeljem Pravilnika o vrednovanju te postupku odabiranja i izlučivanja arhivskoga gradiva. Tim Pravilnikom propisano je na koji način se utvrđuju kriteriji vrednovanja arhivskoga gradiva, kategorizacija stvaratelja, izradba popisa arhivskoga gradiva s rokovima čuvanja, postupak odabiranja i izlučivanja te način uništavanja izlučenoga gradiva.
Abstract (english)
The Law on archive material and archives it is laid down that the archival material of interest to the Republic of Croatia and that has its special protection. Archival material selection is a documentary material that has lasting value for the culture, history, science, or other activities, for the protection and for realize the rights and interests of individuals and the community, which shall be permanently kept. As resulted of many years of observation archival profession, at now, the basic task of the archivists is select and secretion of documentary and archival material. The first reason is the huge increase employees and public services, and in accordance with this, the appearance of large quantities of archival material. However, for excreted properly of material, it is necessary to perform certain actions based on the regulation on the evaluation and selection process and the secretion of archival. These Regulations stipulate the ways of establishes the criteria of evaluation of archival, categorization of creators, the elaboration of a list of archival material with deadlines for storage, the process of selecting and excretion, and a way of destroying the excretion archives.
