Abstract
Cilj rada je pobliže prikazati novac u njegovom fizičkom obliku. Da bi to bilo moguće postići važno je krenuti od samog početka te od prvih pojavnih oblika novca. On se naravno nije pojavio u obliku u kojem ga danas poznajemo što je i logično. Monetarni sustav kao skup kompliciranih i naprednih operacija nije nastao preko noći. On je produkt evolucije novca koji se razvijao kroz povijest i pojavljivao u različitim oblicima, a sve u skladu sa potrebama društva u konkretnom vremenskom razdoblju. Ekonomski stručnjaci i razni teoretičari oduvijek su fascinirani novcem i njegovim napretkom kroz ljudsku povijest pa su sukladno tome nastale brojne teorije o vrijednosti novca i slično, od kojih su u radu spomenute samo najvažnije. Nakon upoznavanja sa usponom novca kroz povijest fokus je prebačen na način i instrumente kojima se upravlja gotovim novcem u Republici Hrvatskoj, a jednim manjim dijelom i Europskoj Uniji. Obrazložen je sustav i zakonske odredbe o isplati gotovine različitim subjektima kao i sustav fiskalizacije kao mjera zaštite od poreznih malverzacija kod plaćanja gotovinom.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this masters thesis is to show characteristics of money in its physical currency. In order to do that, crucial is to start from the very begining, from the first forms in which money has appeared throughout the history. Logically money did not look like it does today. It has evolved from many different forms, from commodity money and money in gold to paper, coin and digital, money which we do not even see. Many economic experts and theorists are and were fascinated by that money path. In accordance with that there are many theories about money but in this thesis are mentioned just the most important ones. After historical introduction about the rise of the money, focus is pointed at methods of contol and managing physical money in Republic of Croatia, and in small measure in European Union. It is explained how payments in cash are arranged both for natural or business entity and goverment dealing with the matter of tax evasion while paying in physical currency .
