Abstract
Ovaj rad bavi se tematikom obiteljske otpornosti, raznim putevima obiteljske otpornosti kao i jačanju obiteljske otpornosti. Također, povezuje obiteljsku otpornost i ulogu socijalnog rada u jačanju obiteljske otpornosti. U radu je korištena metoda istraživanja literature, članaka i knjiga kako bi se ušlo dublje u tematiku obiteljske otpornosti. Naglasak je na razvijanju obiteljske otpornosti, ključnim procesima koji doprinose obiteljskoj otpornosti te se razrađuju rizični i zaštitni čimbenici, odnosno mehanizmi koji utječu na obiteljsku otpornost. Nadalje, u radu se daje pregled pristupa socijalnog rada koje pomažu obiteljima u jačanju njihove otpornosti. Kroz rad zaključuje se kako intervencije socijalnog rada i sustavi u kojima obitelj obitava utječu i mogu jačati njihovu otpornost.
Abstract (english)
This paper addresses the topic of family resilience, the different ways in which family resilience can be achieved and how family resilience can be strengthened. It also establishes a link between family resilience and the role of social work in strengthening family resilience. The research method of literature, articles and books was used to examine the topic of family resilience in depth. The focus is on the development of family resilience, the key processes that contribute to family resilience, and the risk and protective factors or mechanisms that influence family resilience. In addition, the paper provides an overview of social work approaches that help families to strengthen their resilience. The paper concludes that social work interventions and the systems in which the family lives can influence and strengthen their resilience.
