Abstract
Moderne su ovisnosti bihevioralne, odnose se na ponašanja koja prelaze u patološke razmjere. One proizlaze iz promjena u društvu i raznim životnih stilova, te tehnološkog napretka koji je u današnjem vremenu brz i svakodnevno napreduje. Moderne ovisnosti postaju sve raširenije i sve češći problem suvremenog društva i mladih jer narušavaju kvalitetu života stvarajući probleme sa snom, prehranom, ograničavaju školske uspjehe mladih stvarajući im probleme s koncentracijom i pamćenjem i izazivaju zdravstvene poteškoće, i one fizičke, i one mentalne. Navedeno vodi preuranjenoj smrti ili u najgorem slučaju suicidu. Svrha ovog rada je predstaviti ovisnosti i moderne ovisnosti, koje su to vrste modernih ovisnosti, koliko su zastupljene kod mladih, koji čimbenici utječu na razvoj istih, kakve probleme i posljedice uzrokuju, te kako prepoznavati prve znakove jer se na taj način sprječava daljnji razvoj ovisnosti i liječenje može biti uspješnije.
Abstract (english)
Modern addictions are behavioral, they refer to behaviors that reach pathological proportions They arise from changes in society and various lifestyles, as well as technological progress, which nowadays is fast and advances every day. Modern addictions are becoming more and more widespread and a more frequent problem of modern society and young people because they impair the quality of life by creating problems with sleep and nutrition, limit the school success of young people by creating problems with concentration and memory, also they cause health problems, both physical and mental. This leads to premature death or, in the worst case, suicide. The purpose of this paper is to present addictions and modern addictions, what types of modern addictions they are, how prevalent they are among young people, what factors influence their development, what problems and consequences they cause, and how to recognize the first signs, because in this way the further development of addiction is prevented and treatment can be more successful.
