Abstract
Značajan doprinos državnom proračunu, između ostalih, upravo su i prihodi od naplaćenih novčanih kazni u carinsko prekršajnim postupcima pred Carinskom upravom, kao tijelu državne uprave nadležnom za vođenje prekršajnih postupaka u prvom stupnju. Ovaj izravan prihod državnom proračunu uvelike doprinosi fiskalnoj stabilnosti i omogućuje daljnje korištenje sredstava, poput obrazovanja, zdravstva ili infrastrukture. S druge strane, važno je i pojasniti proceduru kojom se dolazi do tih prihoda jer se svatko od nas u jednom trenutku može naći u ulozi počinitelja prekršaja, svjesno ili nesvjesno. Bitno je znati zaštititi svoja prava ali i prihvatiti odgovornost za učinjeno.
Abstract (english)
A significant contribution to the state budget, among others, is also made by the revenues from collected monetary fines in customs misdemeanor proceedings at the Customs Administration, as the state administration body responsible for conducting misdemeanor proceedings in the first instance. This direct income to the state budget greatly contributes to fiscal stability and enables further use of funds for areas such as education, healthcare or infrastructure. On the other hand, it is also important to clarify the procedure by which these revenues are obtained, because each of us at some point can find ourselves in the role of a perpetrator of a violation, knowingly or unknowingly. It is important to know how to protect your rights but also to accept responsibility for our actions.
