Abstract
Raznih je uloga i poslova koje nosi pisarnica, među kojima su primanje akata i pošiljki, razvrstavanje i dostavljanje akata u rad, otpremanje akata. Službena osoba dostavlja dovršeni predmet u pismohranu a prethodni uvjet tome jest sređeno gradivo. Vrste gradiva su dokumentarno i arhivsko. Pismohrana je ustrojstvena jedinica za čuvanje gradiva do predaje arhivu. Svrha arhivske knjige je evidencija svog arhivskog materijala iz prethodnih godina na jednom mjestu. Arhivsko gradivo se iz pismohrane predaje nadležnom arhivu koji čuva to gradivo i omogućuje da ga se koristi. Sve je više arhivskog gradiva i podataka koji se iz konvencionalnog oblika pretvaraju u digitalni oblik.
Abstract (english)
There are various roles and jobs performed by the registry office, among which are receiving documents and shipments, sorting and submitting documents for work, dispatching documents. The official person delivers the completed case to the archives, and the prior condition for this is that the material is arranged. The types of material are documentary and archival. The archive is an organizational unit for the preservation of materials until the are handed over to the archive. The archive book exists to record all archive material from previous years in one place. Archival material is handed over from the archives to the competent archive, which preserves the material and allows it to be used. More and more archival material and data are being converted from conventional form to digital form.
