Abstract
Glavni cilj ovoga rada bit će podrobnije opisati civilno društvo na primjeru udruga u Republici Hrvatskoj. Civilno društvo definirano je kao područje kolektivnog života pojedinaca koje se nalazi između obitelji i države i od njih je potpuno neovisno. Moderni pojam civilnoga društva javlja se u političkoj teoriji usporedno s idejom moderne države, mijenja se i zadobiva novo značenje s temeljnim promjenama društvenih odnosa i političkih institucija. Pojasnit će se pojam i formiranje udruga kao i njihova struktura te sam razvoj udruga i kakvima su formirane današnjim zakonima. Bit će priložen rješenja o upisu u registar udruge te potvrde kojom se ne vodi kazneni postupak protiv fizičke osobe zbog volontiranja u udrugama. Svrha ovog rada bit će usmjerena na uloge i koncipiranost udruga kao takvih oblika u suvremenome društvu te njihove funkcije i područja u kojima se javljaju nove ideje, poticaji te institucije za potencijalni napredak društva.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this paper will be to describe civil society in more detail on the example of associations in the Republic of Croatia. Civil society is defined as an area of the collective life of individuals that is located between the family and the state and is completely independent from them. The modern concept of civil society appears in political theory parallel to the idea of the modern state, changes and acquires a new meaning with fundamental changes in social relations and political institutions. The concept and formation of associations will be explained, as well as their structure and the development of associations and how they are formed by current law. It will be given an example of enrollement decision of civil organization and copy of official valid paper confirmation. The main purpose of this work will be focused on the roles and concept of associations as forms in modern society and their areas and functions in order to present new ideas, incentives and institutions for the potential progress of society appear.
