Abstract
U završnom radu Justinijanova kodifikacija predstaviti će se tijek stvaranja kodifikacije, njezin utjecaj na današnje pravo. Justinijan se vodi kao jedan od najznačajnijih rimskih careva za čije je vladavine rekonstruirano antičko Rimsko Carstvo na istoku i zapadu. Opsežna kodifikacija, Zbornik civilnog prava, Corpus iuris civilis i danas predstavlja temelj proučavanja rimskog prava u cijelom svijetu. Justinijanova kodifikacija rimskog prava izvršena je u razdoblju od 527. godine do 534. godine. Njome su ponovno sređeni i zakonski osnaženi svi do tada vrijedeći rimski pravni izvori. Justinijanova kodifikacija bila je najvažniji izvor prava u srednjovjekovnoj i novovjekovnoj Europi te danas predstavlja nezamjenjiv temelj europske pravne kulture.
Abstract (english)
This final paper of Justinian`s codification will present the process of creation codification and the impact of same one on the today`s law. Justinian is named one of the most significant Roman emperors whose reign reconstructed the ancient Roman Empire in the east and west. Extensive codification, Civil Rights proceedings, Corpus iuris civilis is still the foundation of the study of Roman law throughout the world. Justinian`s codification of Roman law was carried out from 527 to 534. It rearranged and legally strengthened all Roman legal sources. Justinian`s codification was the most important source of law in medieval and modern Europe and today it represents the irreplaceable foundation of European legal culture.
