Abstract
Ovisnici kojima je dijagnosticiran dualni poremećaj su oni ovisnici koji konzumiraju određene supstance te, uz navedeno, u isto vrijeme imaju određene psihičke smetnje. Osim što je ovisnicima s dijagnozom dualnog poremećaja potrebna stručna zdravstvena pomoć, ovim je ovisnicima potrebna i socijalna podrška. Socijalna podrška ovisnicima nužna je u sklopu obitelji, ali i u sklopu stručnih institucija. Terapijske zajednice imaju važnu ulogu u liječenju različitih vrsta ovisnosti pa tako i ovisnika s dijagnozom dualnog poremećaja. U njima ovisnici spoznaju sve štetnosti ovisnosti, uče raditi, uče se biti odgovorni te kroz radnu terapiju grade odnos prema sebi i drugima, ali i razvijaju pozitivne životne navike. Stoga se danas u društvu preporuča razvijanje upravo ovakvih zajednica gdje su ovisnici oni koji grade samu zajednicu i u tome dobivaju podršku i pomoć. U ovom radu je prikazan primjer dobre prakse. Humanitarna organizacija Zajednica Susret već više od dva desetljeća radi s ovisnicima te u svom radu ima i terapijske zajednice koje su maksimalno prilagođene potrebama suvremenih ovisnosti. Također, ova Udruga veliku pažnju pridaje ponovnom uključivanju bivših ovisnika u društvo.
Abstract (english)
Addicts who have been diagnosed with a dual disorder are those addicts who consume certain substances and, in addition to the above, at the same time have certain psychological disorders. In addition to the fact that addicts diagnosed with a dual disorder need professional health care, these addicts also need social support. Social support for addicts is necessary within the family, but also within professional institutions. Therapeutic communities play an important role in the treatment of various types of addiction, including addicts with a diagnosis of dual disorder. In them, addicts learn about all the harmful effects of addiction, learn to work, learn to be responsible, and through occupational therapy build a relationship with themselves and others, but also develop positive life habits. Therefore, in today's society, it is recommended to develop communities like these, where addicts are the ones who build the community itself and receive support and help in doing so. This paper presents an example of good practice. The humanitarian organization Zajednica Susret has been working with addicts for more than two decades, and its work includes therapeutic communities that are maximally adapted to the needs of modern addictions. Also, this Association pays great attention to the reintegration of former addicts into society.
