Abstract
Intervju socijalnog radnika sa seksualno zlostavljanom djecom je metoda ispitivanja kojoj je svrha prikupiti podatke o eventualnom zlostavljanju djeteta i istovremeno pružiti podršku djetetu kao mogućoj žrtvi zlostavljanja. Stručna osposobljenost socijalnih radnika u provedbi intervjua podrazumijeva znanje o dinamici i obilježjima seksualnog zlostavljanja i vještine u primjeni specifičnog strukturiranog načina ispitivanja zlostavljanog djeteta. Intervju s djetetom je najvažnija metoda prikupljanja informacija o iskustvu eventualno proživljenog zlostavljanja, emocijama i potrebama djeteta žrtve. Prilikom provedbe intervjua, s obzirom na osjetljivost prilikom ispitivanja traumatskog iskustva, socijalni radnik se drži etičkih principa ispitivanja, treba razumjeti kognitivni razvoj djeteta, njegove spoznaje o seksualnosti i otkriti moguće posljedice seksualnog zlostavljanja. Komunikacija s djecom treba biti senzibilna, empatična i prilagođena njihovoj dobi i razvojnom stupnju. Intervju socijalnog radnika sa seksualno zlostavljanom djecom treba biti pažljivo planiran, temeljen na stručnosti i usmjeren na dobrobit djeteta.
Abstract (english)
The interview of a social worker with sexually abused children is a method of investigation aimed at gathering information about possible child abuse and providing support to the child as a potential abuse victim. The professional competence of social workers in conducting interviews involves knowledge of the dynamics and characteristics of sexual abuse, as well as skills in implementing a specific structured approach to questioning abused children. The interview with the child is the most important method of gathering information about the child's experiences of potential abuse, their emotions, and the needs of the child victim. During the interview process, considering the sensitivity of probing traumatic experiences, the social worker adheres to ethical principles of questioning, understanding the child's cognitive development, their understanding of sexuality, and identifying possible consequences of sexual abuse. Communication with children should be sensitive, empathetic, and tailored to their age and developmental stage. The interview of a social worker with sexually abused children should be carefully planned, based on expertise, and focused on the well-being of the child.
