Abstract
Elektroničko nasilje postaje sve veći problem, osobito među djecom i mladima kojima je tehnologija sve dostupnija te postaje dio njihove svakodnevnice. Elektroničko nasilje podrazumijeva štetnu komunikaciju putem tehnologije, a ona se danas uglavnom odvija putem mobilnih telefona i društvenih mreža. Prevalencija elektroničkog nasilja među djecom školske dobi je gotovo zabrinjavajuća obzirom da u nekim istraživanjima više od polovine ispitanika izjavljuje kako su bili žrtve elektroničkog nasilja. Doživljavanje elektroničkog nasilja rezultira brojnim posljedicama koje mogu biti fizičke poput glavobolja, psihološke kao što su stres, depresija, ali doživljavanje elektroničkog nasilja može rezultirati izbjegavanju škole što posljedično može narušiti školski uspjeh djeteta. Suicid je također jedan od rizika koji je povezan s doživljavanjem elektroničkog nasilja. Cilj i svrha ovog završnog rada jest opisati glavne komponente elektroničkog nasilja te prikazati podatke o prevalenciji elektroničkog nasilja među djecom školske dobi, kao i predstaviti spoznaje i uvjerenja autora o najvažnijim karakteristikama kvalitetnih preventivnih programa. U svrhu pisanja ovog rada proučavala se i obrađivala relevantna literatura vezana za elektroničko nasilje. U ovome su radu obuhvaćena uvjerenja i spoznaje različitih autora što omogućava relativno sveobuhvatan pogled na navedenu temu. Obzirom na sve veću prevalenciju elektroničkog nasilja među djecom i mladima školske dobi, kao i na činjenicu da je elektroničko nasilje podložno promjenama pod utjecajem nove tehnologije, može se zaključiti kako je potrebno razviti kvalitetne i učinkovite preventivne programe koji se potencijalno mogu provoditi unutar svih školskih sustava Republike Hrvatske kako bi djeca znala kako na siguran i adekvatan način koristiti tehnologiju i internet s ciljem smanjenja učestalosti elektroničkog nasilja među djecom školske dobi.
Abstract (english)
Cyberbullying is a growing problem, especially among children and young people for whom technology is more accessible and becoming a part of everyday life. Cyberbullying entails harmful communication through technology, but now it mainly takes place via mobile phones and social networks. The prevalence of cyberbullyingamong children of school age is almost alarming given that in some studies more than half of the respondents stated that they were victims of cyberbullying. Experience of cyberbullyingresults in numerous consequences that can be physical, such as headaches, psychological such as stress, depression, experiencing cyberbullyingcan result in the avoidance of schools which consequently can ruind child's school success. Suicide is also a risk associated with the experiencing cyberbullying. The aim and purpose of this final paper is to describe the main components of cyberbullyingand display data on the prevalence of cyberbullyingamong children of school age, as well as to present the knowledge and belief of the authors of the most important characteristics of quality preventive programs. For the purpose of writing this paper relevant literature related to cyberbullying was studied. The paper covered views and different authors, which enables a relatively comprehensive view of this subject. Given the increasing prevalence of cyberbullyingamong children and young school age, as well as the fact that thecyberbullying can change under the influence of new technologies, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop high-quality and effective prevention programs that can potentially be implemented within all schoolsystem sin Croatia so that children know how to safely and appropriately use technology and the internet with the aim of reducing the frequency of cyberbullyingamong school-age children.
