Abstract
U ovom radu se analizira pojam koncepta fleksigurnosti, implementacija fleksigurnosti na razini cijele Europske unije ali i pojedinačno u Danskoj, Nizozemskoj, Njemačkoj, Sloveniji i u Hrvatskoj. Definira se pojam fleksigurnosti i navode se komponente te zajedničke smjernice za usvajanje koncepta na tržištu rada. Kroz nekoliko navedenih modela fleksigurnosti analiziraju se mjere fleksigurnosti koje imaju za cilj smanjiti stope nezaposlenosti među kojima su najvažnije cjeloživotno učenje i aktivne politike zapošljavanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the concept of flexicurity, the implementation of flexicurity at the level of the entire European Union, but also individually in Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Slovenia and Croatia. The concept of flexicurity is defined and the components and common guidelines for the adoption of the concept in the labor market are listed. Through several mentioned flexicurity models, flexicurity measures aimed at reducing unemployment rates are analyzed, among which lifelong learning and active employment policies are the most important.
