Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tematika zaštite žene kao majke i supruge, ali i kao zaposlene žene, koja u današnjem suvremenom svijetu također nastoji ostvariti karijeru i financijski doprinositi u obitelj. Uz prirodni instinkt ostvarenja majčinstva, ali i ostvarenja na profesionalnom polju, sve je veća potreba da se žene zaštite kao radnice. Pored zaštite žene kao radnice i majke, u radnom pravu postoji i zaštita roditeljstva u koju se ne ubraja samo majka, već i otac ili posvojitelj djeteta. U ovom radu posebno je stavljen osvrt na zaštitu obitelji koja je osnova društva, a da se pritom osigura produktivnost u ostvarenju profesionalnih ciljeva, analiziraju se direktive za koje se drži da su najviše pridonijele razvitku zaštite majčinstva i roditeljstva, ali se govori i o očinskom dopustu.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic of protection of women not only as mothers and wives, but also as employed women, who in today's modern world strive to achieve a career and contribute financially to the family. Alongside the said natural instinct of achieving motherhood, coupled with the desire for professional achievements, there is a growing need to protect women as workers. In addition to the protection of women as workers and mothers, there is also parental protection in labor law, which includes not only the mother but also the father or adoptive parent of the child. This paper focuses on the protection of the family which is the basis of society, while ensuring productivity in achieving professional goals. Furthermore, it analyzes the directives that are considered to have contributed most to the development of maternal and parental protection, as well as the talks about paternity leave.
