Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu analiziraju se međunarodnopravni standardi u borbi protiv dječjeg rada, kao jedan od najbitnijih čimbenika u njegovu suzbijanju. U radu se prvenstveno daje analiza relevantnih međunarodnih pravnih izvora Ujedinjenih naroda, Međunarodne organizacije rada, Vijeća Europe i Europske Unije o pitanjima dječjeg rada. Pregledom i analizom najvažnijih pravnih izvora namjerava se prikazati koliko pravni sustavi, u teoriji i praksi, zaista štite djecu. Nadalje, ovim radom se prikazuju pokušaji eliminacije dječjeg rada te se analiziraju teške posljedice i izazovi s kojima se djeca koja rade, a koja su zapravo eksploatirana, suočavaju.
Abstract (english)
This diploma paper analyzes the international legal standards in the fight against child labour, as one of the most important factors in its suppression. The paper primarily analyzes the relevant international law sources of the United Nations, the International Labour Organization, the Council of Europe and the European Union on child labour issues. By reviewing and analyzing the most important sources of law, it is intended to show how well legal systems, in theory and practice, really protect children. Furthermore, this paper presents the attempts to eliminate child labour and analyzes the difficult consequences and challenges faced by working children, who are actually exploited.
