Abstract
Socijalne politike različitim mjerama utječu na suzbijanje siromaštva, socijalne nejednakosti te isključenosti stanovništva neke države. Glavni zadaci socijalne politike su poticanje zapošljavanja, borba protiv društvene isključenosti, razvoj životnih i radnih uvjeta te ljudskih resursa. Bez pravilnih socijalnih politika, te brige o najpotrebitijima suvremeno društvo kao takvo ne bi postojalo. Epidemija COVID-19 ima veliki utjecaj na socijalne politike i pružanje socijalne skrbi. Epidemija je prouzročila loše gospodarsko stanje zemlje, došlo je do povećanja broja nezaposlenih, a najugroženije su siromašne obitelji. Republika Hrvatska poduzela je niz mjera kako bi ublažila štetne učinke epidemije.
Abstract (english)
Social policies take various measures to combat poverty, social inequality and the exclusion of a country's population. The main tasks of social policy are promotion of employment, fight against social exclusion, the development of living, working conditions and human resources. Without proper social policies, modern society that we know today would not exist. The COVID-19 epidemic has a major impact on social policies and the provision of social welfare. The epidemic caused the poor economic situation of the country and there was an increase in unemployment. Poor families are the ones with the highest risk. The Republic of Croatia has taken a number of measures to reduce the harmful effects of the epidemic.
