Abstract | Kroz završni rad biti će objašnjeni pojmovi vezani uz uredsko poslovanje, te njegove odredbe i sastavnice. To i puno više, moći ćemo upoznati kroz ovaj rad. Od povijesnog razvoja uredskog poslovanja, preko temeljnih pojmova, pa sve do arhivske službe i arhiviranja. Uredsko poslovanje čini skup tehničkih radnji koji omogućuju učinkovitu organizaciju, pretragu i pohranu dokumenata. Zadaća uredskog poslovanja i arhiviranja je brzo korištenje dokumenta, te njegovo lako pronalaženje. Objasniti ću više o načelima uredskog poslovanja na kojima se gradi cijeli sustav, te o dvije ustrojstvene jedinice - pismohrani i pisarnici. Pismohrana, pismena, arhiv, i arhiviranje su jedne od ključnih dijelova poslovanja uprave. Pojam pismohrane, navesti ću njezin prostor, organiziranje, sređivanje, čuvanje predmeta, te o stručnoj spremi djelatnika pismohrane. Uredsko poslovanje nam pokazuje da postoje dvije različite evidencije - osnovne i pomoćne evidencije, te ću navesti svaku od njih. Objasniti ću više o javnom arhivskom gradivu i privatnom arhivskom gradivu, te koje dužnosti i zadaće imaju. Predmet ovog završnog rada je arhiviranje, stoga ću objasniti o povijesti hrvatske službe, osnivanju Hrvatske arhivske službe, osnivanju arhiva zbog kojih danas imamo mogućnost pogledati izložbe, te druge oblike prikazivanja povijesnog arhivskog gradiva javnosti. |
Abstract (english) | The final paper will explain the concepts related to office operations, as well as its provisions and components. That and much more, we will be able to get to know through this paper. From the historical development of office business, through basic concepts, all the way to the archival service and archiving. Office operations are a system of technical actions and procedures that ensure efficient organization, search and storage of documents. The goal of office operations and archiving is quick and easy use of a given document, and its easy retrieval. I will explain more about the principles of office operations on which the whole system is built, and about the two organizational units - the archives and the office. Archives, writs, and archiving are one of the key parts of the business of the administration and administrative organizations of legal entities with public authority. In addition to the term archives, I will mention its space, organization, arrangement, storage of items, and the education of archivists. Office Operations shows us that there are two different records - basic and auxiliary records, and I will list each of them. I will explain more about public archives and private archives, and what duties and tasks they have.
The subject of this final paper is archiving, so I will explain the history of the Croatian service, the establishment of the Croatian Archives Service, the establishment of archives from which today we have the opportunity to see exhibitions, lectures and other forms of presenting historical archives to the public. |
