Abstract
Sud Europske unije je institucija Europske unije koja predstavlja sudbenu vlast Europske unije i postoji od samog početka europske integracije, tj. stupanja na snagu Ugovora o osnivanju Europske zajednice za ugljen i čelik potpisanog u Parizu 1951. godine. Sud Europske unije se sastoji od Suda i Općeg suda. Ovim radom je obrađeno prethodno pitanje kao jedan od postupaka koji se javlja u radu Suda. Prethodno pitanje osigurava nacionalnim sudovima svih država članica Europske unije ujednačeno tumačenje i primjenu prava Europske unije i bitan je faktor u procesu europske integracije.
Abstract (english)
The Court of Justice of the European Union is the institution of the European Union which represents judicial authority of the European Union and exist since the beginning of European integration, i.e. since entering into force the Treaty establishing European Coal and Steel Community signed 1951. in Paris. The Court of Justice of the European Union consists of two courts, the Court of Justice and the General Court. With this paper preliminary ruling procedure as one of many procedures before the Court of Justice was processed. Preliminary ruling procedure ensure that all courts of the Member States have uniform interpretation and application of the European Union law and it is important factor in proces of European integration.
