Abstract
Za sigurno i neometano punjenje državne riznice u izvršnoj vlasti zadatak je dodijeljen Ministarstvu financija, točnije Poreznoj upravi koja u svom ustrojstvu ima posebni Sektor za naplatu i ovrhu. Postupanje u ovrsi i naplati Porezne uprave regulirano je nizom zakonskih propisa čije je ažurno praćenje preduvjet za uspješnu naplatu duga. Ovim završnim radom približiti ćemo opće i složenije radne postupke, točnije navesti nekoliko postupaka koji su iznimke od općih pravila unutar sustava, po kojima su Odjel za naplatu i ovrhu Porezne uprave dužni postupati u svom radu pazeći strogo na dostojanstvo ovršenika. Upoznati informacijski sustav porezne uprave koji svojim karakteristikama pripada informacijskom sustavu u realnom vremenu kroz sustav e-Građanin.
Abstract (english)
For the safe and unhindered filling of the state treasury in the executive power, the task has been assigned to the Ministry of Finance, more precisely to the Tax Administration, which has a special Sector for Collection and Enforcement. Enforcement and collection of the Tax Administration is regulated by a number of legal regulations, the up-to-date monitoring of which is a precondition for successful debt collection. In this final paper, we will approximate general and more complex work procedures, more precisely several procedures that are exceptions to the general rules within the system, according to which the Tax Administration's Collection and Enforcement Department is obliged to act in its work, strictly observing the dignity of the debtor. Get acquainted with the information system of the Tax administration, which by its characteristics belongs to the information system in real time through the e-Citizen system.
