Abstract
Predmet ovoga rada je, polazeći od povijesnog razvoja upravnog postupanja i osnovnih pojmova upravnog postupka, detaljno obraditi temu pravnih lijekova - redovitih i izvanrednih u pravnom sustavu Republike Hrvatske. U prvom dijelu upoznajemo osnovne pojmove upravnog postupka te novine koje je donio novi Zakon o općem upravnom postupku. Drugi dio rada odnosi se na razradu teme koja je vezana za pravne lijekove, izmjene koje su se dogodile stupanjem na snagu novoga ZUP-a na području pravnih lijekova te načine na koje stranke mogu ostvariti svoja prava i pravne interese u upravnom postupku kroz redovite odnosno izvanredne pravne lijekove.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to detail legal remedies, starting from the historical development and the basic terms of administrative proceedings – ordinary or extraordinary appeal in the legal system of the Republic of Croatia.The first part details the basic terms of administrative proceedings as well as novelties introduced by the new General Administrative Procedure Act. The second part of this paper concerns itself with legal remedies, the changes introduced by the coming into force of the new General Administrative Procedure Act in the field of legal remedies as well as the ways in which parties can exercise their rights and legal interests in administrative proceedings through ordinary or extraordinary appeal.
