Abstract
Ovaj završni rad prati temu informatizacije i automatizacije uredskog poslovanja. Uredsko poslovanje kakvo danas poznajemo prošlo je brojne promjene i faze kako bi se učinilo pristupačnijim. U prvim poglavljima pruža se uvid u prve sustave uredskog poslovanja, njegove faze razvoja i dijelove. Nakon toga, u trećem poglavlju, dolazi se do informacijskog sustava, kao i do obrade podataka. Kao što se već utvrdilo, obrada podataka prošla je dug put, od najprimitivnijih računanja i zapisivanja pa do sad kada svakodnevno obrađujemo podatke, a nekada toga nismo ni svjesni. Informatizacijom i automatizacijom uredskog poslovanja, otvorene su brojne mogućnosti poslovanja, a također možemo navesti prednosti i nedostatke te jasno donijeti zaključak.
Abstract (english)
This final paper follows the topic of informatization and automation of office operations. The office business as we know it today has gone through numerous changes and phases to make it more affordable. The first chapters provide an insight into the first office business systems, its development phases and parts. After that, in the third chapter, we come to the information system, as well as data processing. As already established, data processing has come a long way, from the most primitive calculations and recording to the time when we process data on a daily basis, and sometimes we are not even aware of it. With computerization and automation of office operations, numerous business opportunities have been opened, and we can also list the advantages and disadvantages and draw a clear conclusion.
