Abstract
Privrženost je emocionalna veza koja je vrlo intimna i uzajamna, sadržava međusobno povezivanje osoba i osiguravanje sigurnosti među njima. Ta veza je karakterizirana željom za pronalaskom i održavanjem bliskosti s nekom osobom, pogotovo u stresnim situacijama. Prva privrženost javlja se u ranoj dobi kada dijete postaje privrženo osobi koja se skrbi o njemu, no odrastanjem, javljaju se i brojne privrženosti prema drugim bliskim osobama. Osoba koja primarno skrbi o djetetu je osoba koja čini njegovu prvu figuru privrženosti. U većini slučajeva tu prvu figuru privrženosti predstavlja majka, no to nije pravilo, te to isto tako mogu biti i otac, bake i djedovi ili netko drugi. Privrženost u ranome djetinjstvu čiji su najveći izvori roditelji i skrbnici je važna jer ima veliki utjecaj na ostatak djetetovog života. Privrženost školi također je izrazito važna jer način na koji djeca percipiraju školu utječe i na to kako će se oni odnositi prema njoj, hoće li učiti te hoće li kasnije u životu nastaviti svoje obrazovanje i osigurati si nekakvu sigurnost. U studentskoj dobi privrženost se također mijenja zbog tranzicijskog razdoblja koje se studentima tada događa, pa tako i do kraja života. U ovome radu cilj je bio upravo prikazati kako se privrženost razvija u različitim životnim razdobljima, od najranije privrženosti, privrženosti u partnerskim odnosima, pa sve do privrženosti u odrasloj dobi.
Abstract (english)
Attachment is an emotional bond which is very intimate, mutual, and it implies a connection between people and the establishment of a mutual feeling of security. That bond is defined by the desire to find and maintain closeness with another person, especially in stressful situations. A person will experience attachment early in life – as a child they become attached to their caregiver, but as they grow, they also experience various attachments towards other close people in their life. Child's caregiver is the first attachment figure to the child. That figure is most often the mother, but it can also be child's father, his grandparents or someone else. Attachment in early childhood is extremely important when the most important attachment figures to a child are their parents and caregivers because that bond strongly influences the rest of their life. Attachment to school is very important because the way children perceive school greatly affects their attitude towards it - their willingness to learn, to educate themselves further, and ensure security in life. As university students, people encounter a change in attachment due to a period of transition that they keep experiencing throughout their lives. The aim of this paper is to present how attachment develops in different periods of life, from the earliest attachment, partnership attachment, and all the way to attachment in adulthood.
