Abstract
Maloljetnička delinkvencija je sveprisutna u društvu – ona postoji od kada postoji i samo čovječanstvo. Isto tako, takva delinkvencija može se pojaviti u raznim oblicima te se može obnašati pojedinačno ili grupno. Grupna maloljetnička delinkvencija je izrazito opasna. Neki autori takvu vrstu delinkvencije nazivaju maloljetničke bande, dok neki ne vole koristiti takvu terminologiju. Obično znanstvenici i stručnjaci u Europi ne voli koristiti taj termin zbog moguće stereotipizacije američkih... More maloljetnih bandi pa koriste termine maloljetničke skupine ili maloljetnička udruženja. Diljem Europe postoje podaci o kriminalnim aktivnostima djece kao što su distribucija droge, pljačke, korištenje vatrenog oružja, takve aktivnosti su čak slične onima SAD-a. Što se tiče Republike Hrvatske, u njoj nema zabilježeno puno podataka o grupnim kriminalnim aktivnostima djece. Analizom raznih medijskih članaka može se naići na određene grupne aktivnosti maloljetnika, ali one nemaju karakteristike maloljetničkih bandi – trajanje, intenzitet, ciljevi, uloga, pravila. Međutim, daljnjim istraživanjem pronađena je jedna, sada već neaktivna banda, na području Šibenika – Mirmidonci. Članovi su većinom bili maloljetnici, bila je izrazito teritorijalna, agresivna, no nije bila dugotrajna. Iako je fenomen pojavljivanja maloljetničkih bandi, poznat širom svijeta, premalo istraživanja u Europi se bavi tom problematikom. Stoga i sama prevencija protiv te problematike nije u potpunosti razvijena. Ono što se zna da se prevencija treba fokusirati na svim razinama – mikro (pojedinac), mezo (obitelj), makro (škola, zajednica). Također, jedan od najučinkovitijih programa je mode kombinacije strategije prevencije, intervencije i suzbijanja integriranih u suradnički pristup, uz podršku informacijskog sustava upravljanja. Less
Abstract (english)
Juvenile delinquency is all around us in society – it exists since mankind itself. It may take many forms and can appear in both individuals and groups. Group juvenile delinquency is especialy dangerous. Such Juvenile delinquency is often called „juvenile gangs“ by some authors, while some avoid using the term. European scientists and experts dislike using such terminology on account of possible stereotipisation of american underage gangs so they use the terms „juvenile groups“ or... More „juvenile associations“. Throughout Europe, there is data on criminal activities of children such as: drug distribution, robbery, firearm abuse.... These activities are similiar to those in the USA. Regarding the Republic of Croatia high levels of group criminal activities by children are not documented. Analysing various media publications one may find certain underage group activities, but they show none of the characteristics of so called „juvenile gangs“ – duration, intensity, goals, roles and rules. However, records show one, now inactive, gang in the Šibenik area – the Myrmidons. Members were mostly underage, it was extremely territorial and aggresive, but not long lasting. Although the phenomenon of „juvenile gangs“ appears around the world, there is not enough research being done on the problem in Europe. Therefore the prevention of such problems is not sufficiently developed. What is known is that the prevention must be focused on all levels – micro (individual), mezo (family) and macro (school comunity). Also, one of the most efficient programs is a model that combines prevention strategies, intervention and suppresion integrated into a cooperative approach, supported by the information control system.
