Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi socijalnom i ekonomskom važnošću žena kao onih koje uz ostvarivanje kao majke i supruge, imaju veliku važnost i u sektoru rada. Uz povećan interes žena za profesionalnim napredovanjem uz istovremeno stvaranje potomstva, pojavila se potreba da se žene kao radnice zaštite. Također osim zaštite majčinstva u radnom pravu, postoji zaštita roditeljstva kao skupine u kojoj nije samo majka, već i otac ili posvojitelji djeteta. Ovaj rad se bavi problematikom zaštite najmanje jedinice društva uz osiguravanje produktivnosti radnika na radu.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the social and economic importance of women as those who, in addition to being realized as mothers and wives, are also of great importance in the labor sector. With the increasing interest of women in professional development while creating families, a need arose for protecting female workers. Also in addition to maternity protection in labor law, there is parental protection as a group in which in not just mothers, but also fathers and adoptive parents of the child. This paper deals with the issue of protection of the smallest unit of the society while ensuring the productivity of workers at work.
