Abstract
Udruge su jedan od najzastupljenijih oblika udruživanja. Potrebne su svega tri fizičke ili pravne osobe, a može i njihova kombinacija da bi se udruga osnovala. Ona je pravna osoba ako se upiše u Registar udruga. Osnovna načela na osnovu kojih se udruga u svom djelovanju mora voditi propisani su Zakonom o udrugama, a ostale pojedinosti udruga određuje sama svojim statutom. Udruga pripada skupini neprofitnih organizacija i kao takva među svojim ciljevima ne smije imati stjecanje dobiti, ali može obavljati gospodarsku djelatnost ako će sav stečeni profit koristiti samo za ostvarenje statutom predviđenih ciljeva. U ovom radu predstavljen je detaljan proces osnivanja, djelovanja i prestanka djelovanja udruge. Rad se sastoji od dva dijela. Prvi je dio teorijski u kojem se opisuju navedeni procesi. U drugom je dijelu predstavljena Udruga Ličana župe Boričevac kao primjer udruge koja djeluje prema postavljenim načelima.
Abstract (english)
Associations are one of the most common forms of association. It takes only three person to form an association. It is legal if it is entered in the Register of Associations. The basic principles by which an association must be guided in its activities are prescribed by the Law on Associations, and other details of the association are determined by its own statute. The association belongs to a group of non-profit organizations and as such, among its goals is not the acquisition of profit, but can perform economic activity, but all the profits can be used only to achieve the statutory goals. This paper presents a detailed process of founding, operating and terminating the association. The paper consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical in which the above processes are described. The second part presents Udruga Ličana župe Boričevac as an example of an association that operates according to the set principles.
