Abstract
Predmetni diplomski rad razrađuje razdoblje koje je doprinijelo sklapanju Hrvatsko-ugarske nagodbe. Cilj rada je ukazati na okolnosti u Hrvatskoj, koje su nastupile prije, tokom i nakon sklapanja nagodbe. Rad također prikazuje rasprave kraljevinskih odbora i rasplet nagodbenih pregovora. Posebna pažnja u radu posvećena je organizaciji izvršne i zakonodavne vlasti u Hrvatskoj nakon Nagodbe. Osim navedenog rad elaborira i sam tekst Nagodbe, njezin financijski dio zatim unutarnje i zajedničke poslove država. Razlike u samom tekstu Nagodbe pridonijele su i različitom tumačenju zakonskih članaka. Naposlijetku, sama Nagodba nije donijela ravnopravnost koju je Hrvatska očekivala, ali njezina revizija 1873. bila je velik korak ka tome.
Abstract (english)
This diploma thesis elaborates process which led to Croatian-hungarian Settlement. The goal of the paper is to highlight the circumstances in Croatia, which occurred before, during and after the settlement. The paper also presents the discussions of the royal committees and the outcome of settlement negotiations. Special attention was given in the diploma thesis to the organization of the executive and legislative power in Croatia after the Settlement. In addition, the paper elaborates on the text of the Settlement itself, its financial part, then the internal and common affairs of the states. The differences in the text of the Settlement itself contributed to a different interpretation of the statutory articles. At last, the Settlement itself didnt bring the equality that Croatia expected, but its revision 1873. was a big step to it.
