Abstract
Policijska djelatnost jedna je od temeljnih djelatnosti koje služe u svrhu zaštite građana, a u Republici Hrvatskoj prava, dužnosti i ovlasti policije uređeni su Zakonom o policiji, ali i ostalim zakonima. U ovom radu govori se o povredama službene dužnosti policijskih službenika. U teoretskom dijelu rada definirat će se i pojasniti temeljni pojmovi vezani uz policijske službenike i njihove ovlasti te će se analizirati njihove lakše i teže povrede službene dužnosti. Nakon teorijskoj dijela, izvršit će se analiza težih povreda službene dužnosti policijskih službenika u Republici Hrvatskoj u protekle četiri godine, dakle od 2015-2018. godine prema dostupnim podacima.
Abstract (english)
Job of the police enforcement is one of the basic activities that serve the purpose of protecting citizens, and in the Republic of Croatia the rights, duties and powers of the police are regulated by the Police Act and other laws. This paper discusses violations of the official duty of police officers. In the theoretical part of the paper, the basic concepts related to police officers and their powers will be defined and clarified and their minor and serious breaches of official duty will be analyzed. Following the theoretical part, an analysis of serious violations of the official duty of police officers in the Republic of Croatia will be carried out in the past four years, ie from 2015-2018. according to available data.
