Abstract
Sustav visokog obrazovanja mijenja se brže s obzirom na utjecaj informatizacije i globalizacije. Visoka učilišta pružaju djelatnost visokog obrazovanja (sveučilište te fakultet i umjetnička akademija, veleučilište i visoka škola). Visoko obrazovanje je preduvjet za uspješno društvo, stoga je bitan faktor i pri javnoj službi. Cilj ovog rada usmjeren je na visoko obrazovanje u Republici Hrvatskoj u usporedbi sa visokim obrazovanjem u Njemačkoj. U ovoj komparaciji između visokog obrazovanja u Republici Hrvatskoj i u Njemačkoj može se zaključiti da se hrvatski i njemački sustav bitno razlikuje. Bolonjska deklaracija sustav odgoja i obrazovanja je definirao ciljeve i smanjio stopu odustajanja i trajanja studija. Svaka zemlja nudi studentima najbolju edukaciju, a sve u skladu sa Zakonima i propisima.
Abstract (english)
System of high education is changing rapidly under the influence of informatization and globalization. Institutions of higher education are providing activity of higher education (university, college, art academy, polytechnic and academy). Quality higher education is a precondition for a successful society and therefore is a key factor in civil service. The purpose of this paper is focused on higher education in Croatia in comparison with higher education in Germany. According to this analysis between higher education in Croatia and Germany, it can be concluded that the Croatian and German system are significantly different. The Bologna Declaration system of education has defined goals and decreased the rate of dropping out of college and durations of studies. Each country offers its students the best education, all in accordance with the laws and regulations.
