Predmet ovog završnog rada su odredbe Zakona o državnim službenicima, drugi zakonski propisi te stručna literatura kojom se uređuje pojam državne službe, državnog službenika, pojam i vrste disciplinske odgovornosti državnih službenika te način prestanka državne službe. Nakon kraćeg uvoda i određivanja glavnih pojmova daje se prikaz i analiza zakonskih razloga koji dovode do prestanka državne službe u državnim tijelima. The subject of this final work is the provision of the Civil Servant Act, provisions of other legal regulations nd professional literature that regulate term of civil service, a civil servant, rights and obligations of official in state bodies, and types of termination of civil service.
