Promjenom nadležnosti u provođenju procesa naplate i ovrhe radi naplate poreznih dugovanja dana 01.srpnja 2015.godine poslovi iz nadležnosti ispostava Porezne uprave prešli su u nadležnost Područnih ureda. Isto tako cijelu promjenu trebalo je popratiti cjelokupnim informatičkim rješenjima.Predmet rada je ovršni postupak u područnim uredima Porezne uprave prema novom ustroju. U radu ću opisati mjere ovršnog postupka koristeći će stručnom literaturom, zakonima i web stranicama. Rad se sastoji od... Abstract (english)
By change of jurisdiction in conducting the processes of collection and enforcement for the purpose of collecting taxdebts, on 1.July 2015. the affairs under the jurisdicion of Tax administration have been transferred under the jurisdiction of Regional Offices . Also whole change should accompanied overall IT solutions. The subject of this paperwork is enforcement proceeding in regional ofices of tax administration according to new structure. In work I my paper I will describe measures of... More enforcement proceeding using professional literature , laws and web pages. The paper consists of five mutually related entites.The enforcement procedure is proceeded by different measures which have not resulted in voluntary payment of debt .
