Abstract
Elektronička komunikacija čini bitan faktor u poslovanju, pa je tako elektroničko poslovanje ono koje doživljava sve veći napredak i svakodnevnu primjenu. Napretkom tehnologije javlja se potreba da se podaci čuvaju u elektroničkom obliku. U skladu sa time veliku važnost ima dugoročna pohrana elektroničkih dokumenata. Ona je važna iz razloga što se neki dokumenti moraju čuvati duži niz godina, a pojedini i trajno. Kod elektroničkog poslovanja izrazito su bitne elektroničke uredske knjige, pa se tako ističu knjige urudžbenog zapisnika, rokovnici predmeta, knjige ulazne i izlazne pošte te dostavne knjige. Sve navedene mogu se voditi u elektroničkom obliku što poslovanje čini bržim, efikasnijim i jednostavnijim. Bržem i jednostavnijem radu pridonose i elektroničke evidencije i obrasci, koji olakšavaju rad službenicima, ali i samim korisnicima usluga u elektroničkom obliku.
Abstract (english)
Electronic communication is an essential factor in business, and so electronic business is one that is experiencing increasing progress and daily application. With the advancement of technology, there is a need for data to be stored electronically. Accordingly, long-term storage of electronic documents is of great importance. It is important for the reason that some documents should be kept for many years, and in some cases permanently. Electronic office books are of particular importance for electronic commerce, thus highlighting books of office records, case books, inbound and outbound books, and delivery books. All of the above can be conducted electronically, which makes business faster, more efficient and easier. Electronic records and forms are also contributing to faster and simpler work, which make it easier for officials and for users of electronic services themselves.
