The aim of this final work is to guide the organization and management of the railways in the Republic of Croatia. Through a historical review of finding the first locomotives, today's modern aim of every railroad is to achieve profit and profit, which can not be achieved without the management of a good businessman.The organization itself differs from country to country, where we are represented in the way that the HŽ railroads are divided into companies that would have to earn their salaries for their own organization, and the surplus of revenues would be overwhelmed into the main company. By the end of the Homeland War and by joining the European Union of Croatian Railways, the Republic of Croatia accepts certain conventions for the carriage of passengers, goods and cargo, and with these conventions new degrees of responsibility that the carrier must respect. By adopting and adopting new normative acts, Croatia has gone some way towards further approximation with Western Europe and mutual cooperation. Infrastructure and organization and rail management are limited by numerous regulations and laws, and each year brings a large number of regulations to manage the entire railroad, making it easier for both executives and ordinary people when we want a service from the railroad. No less important than regulations and conventions are executive workers who make up the driving force of the railroad. People without whom work in traffic would not be possible and require a certain degree of professional competence, but the element of humanity, the conscientiousness of doing business, because the conscientious work directly affects the safety segment on which the entire railway infrastructure is based.
