Abstract
Predmet ovoga rada su suvremena transportna sredstva i nužnost prilagodbe pravne regulative. Rad započinje sa bespilotnim zrakoplovima, definicijom samog pojma i njihovim razvojem. Tematika rada obuhvaća pravnu regulativu u Republici Hrvatskoj te se sažimaju dva najvažnija akta koja reguliraju bespilotne zrakoplove na našem području. U nastavku je navedena pravna regulativa u Europskoj uniji, utjecaj bespilotnih zrakoplova na privatnost, zaštitu podataka i etička pitanja te njihova upotreba. Drugi dio rada se odnosi na autonomna vozila, njihov pojam i razvoj. Opisuje se kako funkcionira autonomno vozilo Stanley te se navodi klasifikacija autonomnih cestovnih motornih vozila. Govori se o zakonskoj regulativi te se ističu prednosti i nedostatci njihovog uvođenja uz navođenje primjera iz prakse. Posljednji dio rada su autonomni brodovi, započinje sa pojmom i najvažnijim projektima njihova razvoja te njihovom podjelom prema stupnju autonomnosti. Opisuje se odnos autonomnih brodova prema zapovjedniku, regulatorni okvir, ističu se prednosti i nedostatci te trenutni projekti iz prakse.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is modern means of transport and the need to adapt legal regulations. The paper begins with drones, the definition of the term itself and their development. The topic of the paper covers legal regulations in the Republic of Croatia and summarizes the two most important acts regulating drones in our area. The following is a legal regulation in the European Union, the impact of drones on privacy, data protection and ethical issues, and their use. The second part deals with autonomous vehicles, their concept and development. It describes how the Stanley Autonomous Vehicle works and lists the classification of autonomous road motor vehicles. It discusses legislation and highlights the advantages and disadvantages of introducing them, citing examples from practice. The last part of the paper is autonomous ships, starting with the concept and the most important projects of their development and their division according to the degree of autonomy. The relationship of the autonomous ships to the commander, the regulatory framework, the same strengths and weaknesses, and current practice projects are described.
