Abstract
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je problem mobinga i njegov utjecaj na produktivnost i učinkovitost rada te njegova zakonska regulacija u Republici Hrvatskoj i drugim državama. Kako je Republika Hrvatska jedna od europskih država koja još nije donijela poseban zakon kojim bi se regulirala sva pitanja vezana uz mobing, autor u radu daje pregled pozitivnih pravnih propisa kojima se rješava problem mobinga. Mobing je postao problem koji iz dana u dan postaje sve veći, a zbog čega budi sve veću zainteresiranost kod znanstvenika koji na različite načine pristupaju tom fenomenu. Također, kod šire javnosti raste svijest o ozbiljnosti ovog problema, pa se i ljudi sve više informiraju o svojim pravima i sredstvima zaštite. Cilj ovog rada je dati što bolju sliku o samom pojmu mobinga, vrstama, uzrocima, posljedicama i prevenciji mobinga, kao i o zakonima iz kojih sama žrtva mobinga crpi svoje pravo na zaštitu. Zaključci navedeni u radu, rezultat su podataka dostupnih u pravnoj literaturi, zakona, stručnih časopisa i sudske prakse.
Abstract (english)
The subject of my diploma thesis is the problem of mobbing and its impact on productivity and work efficiency and its legal regulation in the Republic of Croatia and other countries. As the Republic of Croatia is one of the European states that has not yet adopted a special law to regulate all issues related to mobbing, the author gives an overview of the positive legal regulations that solve the problem of mobbing. Mobbing has become an increasing problem, which is why there is a growing interest in scientists who approach the phenomenon in many ways. Also, the general public is becoming aware of the seriousness of this problem, and people are becoming more aware of their rights and remedies. The purpose of the thesis is to get a better picture of the concept of mobbing itself, the types, doses, consequences and prevention of mobbing, as well as the laws from which the victim of mobbing itself derives its right to protection. The conclusions cited in the paper are resolt of data available in legal literature, laws, professional journals and case law.
