The aim of this final work is to show the particularities of the civil servants' employment relations with respect to the employees in the economy. The legal nature of the civil service relationship is established (it is concluded that the official relationship is the legal relationship between the sui generis and falls under the provisions of the labor law, but with a number of specialties, in particular the fact that the civil servant is the author of the power of the state authority) the essential elements of the right to work are the same as those in the economy: voluntary, statutory, personal obligation to perform, superiority and professionalism) and other issues of legal nature of the official relationship (touching areas with administrative law, the official relationship is not status, it belongs to private law with numerous links to public law and the subject of relationship is always a natural person). The central theme of the paper is the special features of civil servants' employment, which includes: job placement with the Rulebook on Internal Order and Civil Service Admission Plan, public call for admission to civil service, civil servant transfer, civil servant promotion, internal advertisement, civil servant scheduling. Particular field of work encompasses a fixed-term civil service, work contract and vocational training without establishing employment. The specialties of the civil servants' rights and obligations are dealt with by classifying the positions of civil servants, the salaries of civil servants, the appraisal of civil servants, the training of civil servants and the possible conflict of interest of the civil servant. Conclusion of the final work concerns the status of civil servants in the society through the stigmatization of non-workers.
